Events in Spain Brought Rail, Metro, Bus and Airlines to a Point of Stopping

During the strike, protests were held in Madrid and other cities. Because of the general strike, road, rail and air transport were affected by the strike, while domestic flights and flights to European cities were mostly canceled. 77 percent of workplaces in the country vacated. Railway, metro, bus and airways came to a halt. Many newspapers appeared too short or never published. The Spanish Ministry of Interior, after the events in the country has been detained 194 people, 58 police and 46 citizens were injured.
