Ministry sources, stating that the bill, which provides VAT exemption for the build-operate-transfer (BOT) projects, including the third bridge, continues to be discussed in the Assembly, “A VAT station will be added to the third bridge with an addendum immediately after the regulation has been enacted. For this purpose, the tender date has been postponed for 20 days. ”

The law continues to be discussed in Parliament. The talks of the law are expected to be completed next week. ”
Sources said that after the enactment of the regulation, the VAT certificate will be introduced to the third bridge with an addendum and said, "For this purpose, the tender date was postponed for 15 days."
