This month, Skanska and the partnership of local companies Chediack and Milicic signed a Demiryou construction contract with Brazilian mining company Vale Potasio Río Colorado for 570 million pesos.
Skanska received the construction of 83 bridges, including the 29 km railway, for 190 million pesos. All works are planned to be completed in the first quarter of 2014.
The Vale company also bought a contract for the construction of a railway between Zapala and Bahía from the south of Mendoza state on the Blanca route for $ 59 million.
