The project plan and concept of the Istanbul Finance Center, which is planned to make Istanbul one of the world's leading financial centers, has finally been revealed.
The overall concept of the 2 million 500 building will be built on a thousand square meter area. In this context, there is also a bazaar that will be a modern copy of the Grand Bazaar, while fountains, gates and arches are used in all common areas, which form the elements of traditional architecture in the historical fabric of Istanbul. The Ziraat Bank and Halkbank Head Office buildings form the main structures at the Istanbul Finance Center, while Vakifbank, BRSA and CMB buildings are located on the sides. On the other hand, the center of the financial center in the absence of space for the Central Bank also drew attention. In the financial center, not only buildings belonging to financial institutions, but also large office, housing, congress center and hotel projects to be done by construction companies such as Varyap, Sarp, TAO.
The center will cover a larger area than financial centers in New York, London and Dubai, according to the completed projects of the Istanbul Financial Center. The center will be built on the Asian side at the intersection of Ataşehir and Ümraniye districts, so that it can benefit from E5 and TEM. The financial center will be connected to the city via the 2 metro line when the second metro line with the agreement is included.
New metro line
