Jaén Mayor José Enrique Fernández de Moya announced that they reached an agreement with FGC President Enrico Ticó for the inspection and contracting of the 4.7 km light rail line of the city and the Catalan region on February 27.
According to officials, the Agreement will be effective from 1 March to 30 June, and the FGC will work for the commission system, undertaking trials without a passenger.
The FGC had previously said that the agreement would be valid for at least one year, but it was learned that the agreement was not exclusive and could be terminated at any time, at the discretion of the parties.
