90 percent of the passengers state that they are satisfied with YHTs. This rate is at the same level with Fast Train Operations in European countries. In parallel with the situation of re-traveling with YHT, the rate of recommending YHT travel to relatives was also high. 97 percent of the passengers noted that they would recommend YHT to their acquaintances.
