The contract was signed on 03 November 2011 for 88.872.511,98 Euros with the joint venture of Alstom Transport - Alstom Power - Alstom Ferrovia, which won the Eskişehir Alayunt Kütahya Balıkesir Signaling and Telecommunication Construction Tender.
