Tekfen Holding signs contract for 723 million euros

In a statement he made to Tekfen Holding KAP, he stated that he had signed a contract for the construction of "Underground Natural Gas Storage Facilities". In the statement, Tekfen Holding companies Tekfen İnşaat ve Tesisat A.Ş., whose total contract amount is 2.413 billion euro. and the total share of HMB - Hallesche Mitteldeutsche Bau AG in the subject contracts is 723 million euros. The statement noted that after financing by employer companies, the project will start and the project will actually be completed within 5 years after the start of the works.

“Tekfen İnşaat ve Tesisat A.Ş., one of our subsidiaries. and the Consortium formed by HMB - Hallesche Mitteldeutsche Bau AG with the French Crane Group Entrepose Contracting, EPC (Engineering-Supply) of Underground Gas Storage Facilities with a total capacity of 4 (four) cubic meters (4 bcm) to be realized in two fields close to each other in Mersin-Tarsus Region. Toren Natural Gas Storage and Madencilik A.Ş. ve Gaz Depo ve Madencilik A.Ş. has signed two contracts with its companies in the amount of 2.413.000.000.- Euro (two million four hundred and thirty million euros). Our group companies Tekfen İnşaat ve Tesisat A.Ş. and HMB - Hallesche Mitteldeutsche Bau AG's total share in the subject contracts is 723.000.000.- Euro (seven hundred and twenty three million Euros). The works within the scope of the subject contracts will be started by the employer companies on the provision of related project financing, and it is planned that our Group companies will actually complete their business scope within the Consortium within 5 years after the start of the works. ”
