Our aim is to build together a structure where future generations can chart their path correctly and adapt to business life easily and consciously. When we came together with the Zamansız team, we saw that our perspective was the same and that we could ensure balance in business life where there are conflicts between generations. We have full faith that when we bring together the future vision of experienced business people and young people, we will achieve harmony and efficiency in working environments. For this reason, we decided to create a Young CEO Team under the roof of the CEO Platform. "We believe that young people who have been trained by Zamansız have an important place in the activities of our association in training senior managers who will leave their mark on the future," he said.

“The rate of family businesses that can be transferred to the fourth generation is 3%”

Emphasizing that generational conflict is an obstacle to creating long-lasting brands, CEO Platform President Haldun Pak said, “According to TÜİK and Istanbul Chamber of Commerce data, the average lifespan of family companies in Turkey is 25 years. Only 30% of these family businesses make it to the second generation, and 12% make it to the third generation. "The rate of those who can pass on to the fourth generation remains at 3%," he said.

Stating that they will pave the way for the creation of longer-lasting brands by eliminating the incompatibility between generations and the language problem, Haldun Pak said, “We will support Turkey's economic and cultural transformation thanks to the harmony of language and work discipline achieved with young people. In order to open a door that will enable the business world to reach the new generation, today we took the first steps of the new program we call Young CEO. "At the end of this collaboration, CEO Platform will try to create a model for business transfer to the next generation with a model that will ensure sustainability in the companies where its members are located."

The right communication language will eliminate the generation gap

Speaking at the event, Müge Canan said, “Timeless is a community that offers the opportunity to learn tips about business life from inspiring business people, and creates the opportunity to share experiences from different generations and gain new perspectives. Of course, it is not only limited to these, it is also a program provider that aims to contribute to shaping the expectations of different generations in business life by providing the opportunity to connect with professionals in the sector through networking activities and gathering insight through focus group studies. Our goal is to create a 'common language' that will serve human sustainability in the business world by transferring common human knowledge and wisdom covering yesterday, today and tomorrow to all generations. He concluded his words by saying, "With the programs we carry out, we experience that when the right communication language is established, there is no generation gap and how valid a method it is to create a 'timeless' culture that is valid for every generation."
