13 On July, AECOM and URS announced an agreement that AECOM will acquire URS. With this deal, Aecom will buy its shares with cash and stocks worth $ 56,31 or $ 4 billion per share. Taking into account the liabilities of URS, the value of this company turnover amounts to approximately $ 6 billion.
The two merged companies will have more than 150 employees in the 95.000 country around the world and will serve in integrated infrastructure projects and federal projects.
