Tourism Firms Evaluated the Pandemic Period

Turkey Tourism Development Agency Board Member Murat Toktaş's involvement with the pandemic during the meeting on tourism was held in Giresun.

At the meeting held under the coordination of Giresun Chamber of Commerce and Industry, ideas were exchanged on the evaluation of the tourism potentials of our country and our region during the pandemic period and on promotional activities.

The meeting was held on behalf of Giresun Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Board Member Ergin Kılıçarslan, Deputy Mayor of Giresun Municipality Abdurrahman Demirel, Giresun Provincial Special Administration Director of Culture and Social Affairs Erdem Guide, DOKA Giresun Coordinator Murat Aladağ, Provincial Culture and Tourism Director Kemal Gürgenci, GİRTAB Director Tamer Uzuner Travel agencies and tourism company representatives operating in Giresun attended.

Turkey Tourism Development Agency and the national pandemic period was described promotional activities in the international arena and the direction of Giresun promotion activities were evaluated. In addition, it has also come to the fore that no accommodation tax is collected from tourism businesses that operate in priority development provinces, especially Giresun.
