Immigration Expert in accordance with the provisions of the Migration Expertise Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated July 8, 9 and numbered 20, from the General Management Services Class (GİH), which is vacant in the central organization of the Directorate General of Migration Management, affiliated to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. To be trained as an entrance exam, Assistant Migration Expert will be taken. The entrance exam will be held in two stages, written and oral. Written exam applications and written exams will be made by Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University by the Directorate General of Migration Management. The oral exam will be held by the Directorate General of Migration Management.

1- EXAMINATION REQUIREMENTS

1- To fulfill the general conditions stated in Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48,

2- To have completed one of the departments of the faculties providing at least 4 years of education, or one of the higher education institutions in Turkey or abroad whose equivalence is accepted by the Council of Higher Education,

3- If the validity period has not expired as of the last day of the application date, KPSSP6, KPSSP7, KPSSP16, KPSSP21, KPSSP26, KPSSP31, KPSSP36, KPSSP41 scores of the Public Personnel Selection Exams (KPSS) which have not expired, have received 80 (eighty) or more points; as a result of the applicants starting from the highest score; to be among the 20 times the number of Assistant Migration Specialists to be recruited (candidates with equal points in the last row are also invited to the written exam),

4- To be under the age of 01 (thirty-five) as of 2019 January 35 (those who were born on 01.01.1984 and later may apply).

II- EXAM APPLICATION

1- Admission Exam Applications Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Migration Policies

Application and Research Center https://aybu.edu.tr/gpm/ will be announced online through the link address to be announced on the website.

Entrance Exam applications will start on Wednesday, December 25, 2019 at 09.00 and end on Sunday, January 05, 2020, at 17.00. The Application Registration Form, which will be taken at the end of the online application, will be recorded on the computer and will be sent to the gpmsinav@ybu.edu.tr email address by the candidates via e-mail.

2- Candidates who are eligible to take the exam on January 10, 2020 https://aybu.edu.tr/gpm/ will be announced on the internet address and no other information will be given to the candidates. Candidates who have been declared entitled to take the exam will pay the 10 TL (Ninety Turkish Lira) exam fee from Ankara on Friday, January 2020, 09.00 to 17 (January 2020, 16) on Friday, January 00, 90,00. Halkbank - Ankara Central Branch of the University Revolving Funds Management will pay the candidate's name, TR identity number and exam name (Immigration Assistant Expert Exam) in the explanations to the IBAN account number no. 3- Candidates who are entitled to take the exam but do not pay the exam fee will not be able to take the exam.

4- The applicants are responsible for the information stated in the application. The candidate will be responsible for the consequences of incomplete, incorrect and / or incorrect information.

If a candidate's statement is found to be untrue, that candidate will lose all of his or her rights, regardless of the time elapsed.

5- Fees paid by applicants who do not meet the conditions of application, whose application is considered invalid, who do not take or do not take the exam, are not taken or are excluded from the exam, cannot succeed in the exam, or whose exam is deemed invalid will not be refunded.

III- DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE ORAL EXAM

Candidates who have successfully passed the entrance exam will submit the following documents to the General Directorate before the oral exam.

a) Original or certified copy of the graduation certificate of higher education (original or certified copy of diploma equivalence certificate of graduates abroad),

b) Three passport size photographs,

c) The original KPSS result document or computer printout,

ç) TC identification number declaration,

d) Curriculum vitae,

These documents may be approved by the General Directorate, provided that the original documents are submitted.

V- FORM AND ISSUES OF THE EXAM

1- The entrance exam is written and oral.

2- 80% of the exam questions of the written part of the entrance examination belong to undergraduate education.

20% of the information consists of basic information pertaining to the duties of the General Directorate.

3- Written part of the entrance exam of the assistant migration expert of the General Directorate of Migration Management

The test will be carried out in the procedure and the exam topics are:

A- Examination subjects related to the field of duty of the General Directorate;

Foreigners Law, Law No. 04.04.2013 on Foreigners and International Protection dated 6458

Law, Chapter 4 of the Presidential Decree no. XNUMX related to the Directorate General of Migration Management (All Articles of Chapter XNUMX)

B- Examination subjects related to the professional knowledge of undergraduate education;

Micro and macro economics, Turkey's economy, international economic relations and institutions,

public finance, fiscal policy, constitutional law, administrative law, criminal law (general provisions), civil law (initial-person law), law of obligations (general provisions), international law, human rights, management science, political science, political history, Turkish foreign policy, international relations, international organizations.

VI- EXAM DATE AND PLACE

1- The written part of the Entrance Exam will be held in Ankara on 09 February 2020 (Sunday). The exam will start at 10.00:120 in the morning. The duration of the exam is XNUMX minutes.

2- For the applicants who apply for the exam, Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University will prepare the Exam Entry Document showing the building and hall in which they will take the exam, the date and time of the exam. Candidates have submitted these documents as of 31 January 2020 in Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University https://aybu.edu.tr/gpm/ internet address.

3- Candidates should be present at the place where they will take the exam one hour before the time of the exam and have a valid ID card with the Turkish Republic ID number or passport with valid validity. Other documents except these documents will not be accepted for entrance to the exam.

4- Candidates who are successful in the written exam will be subjected to an oral exam in Ankara and the date, place and time of the oral exam will be submitted by the General Directorate (www.goc.gov.t iswill be announced on the internet.

VII- ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE WRITTEN EXAM AND COMPLAINTS

Written exam results will be announced by the General Directorate of Migration Management. The list of those who have scored 70 or more in the written exam will be announced on the internet address of the General Directorate (www.goc.gov.tr) and in the service building located at Çamlıca Mahallesi 122. Sokak No: 4 Yenimahalle / ANKARA.

Candidates will be able to submit their objections to exam questions and their application to the General Directorate within 5 (five) business days from the exam. Objections related to exam questions and implementation will be sent to AYBU within 5 (five) business days at the latest. AYBU will examine and conclude these objections within 5 (five) business days from notification to the General Directorate.

Objections to the exam results will be made to the General Directorate within 7 (seven) days from the date of the announcement of the results. The General Directorate will send these objections (if necessary) to AYBÜ within 3 (three) business days at the latest. AYBU will review and finalize these objections within 5 (five) business days and report them to the General Directorate. All results regarding objections will be reported to the candidate by the General Directorate. In objections, the registration date of the documents sent to AYBÜ will be valid.

Candidates will submit an objection fee of 58 TL (Twenty-Five Turkish Liras) for each of the five questions challenged to the IBAN account number of Halkbank- Ankara Central Branch TR0001 2009 1940 0006 0000 65 25 of Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Revolving Fund Management. the bank receipt received, the subject of appeal and the address of the communication clearly written to the General Directorate.

Any objections made after the objection period has elapsed and any objections made with petitions that do not have the Turkish Republic ID number, signature, address and which do not have a bank receipt will not be taken into consideration.

VIII-EVALUATION OF WRITTEN EXAM AND ORAL EXAM

Evaluation of the written exam; The professional knowledge of undergraduate education will be made on a total of 80 points, 20 points, 100 points of the basic information about the duty area of ​​the General Directorate.

As a result of the written exam, not less than seventy (70) points, starting from the highest score, up to four times of the determined staff will be invited to the oral exam. Candidates who have the same score as the last candidate will be invited for the oral exam.

In the oral examination;

a) Level of knowledge related to the written exam subjects (50 points),

b) Ability to comprehend and summarize a subject, ability to express and reasoning (10 points),

c) Merit, representativeness, suitability of behavior and reactions to the profession (10 points), d) Self-confidence, convincing ability and credibility (10 points),

d) General talent and general culture (10 points),

e) Openness to scientific and technological developments (10 points),

aspects and the specified score weights.

IX-ENTRY EXAM RESULTS

In order to be successful in the entrance examination, at least seventy (70) points must be taken from each stage of written and oral exams. The success ranking will be determined by taking the arithmetic average of the written exam and oral exam grades, provided that they have the required score to be successful. According to the results of the exam, the candidate who has high written exam score in case of equality of the arithmetic average of the written and oral exam grades of the candidates; If both scores are equal, the candidate with a high KPSS score will be at the top of the ranking.

The results of the entrance exam will be ranked according to the degree of success starting with the highest score, and the number of cadres to be appointed is as high as the number of cadres to be appointed, and the number of candidates to be appointed by the Commission shall be determined as substitute, provided that the number of cadres to be appointed is successful.

The entrance exam results will be announced on the website of the General Directorate (www.goc.gov.tr) and in the service building. In addition, candidates who are on the main and substitute lists will be informed in writing of the results of the examination.

Candidates may object to the examination list in writing within 7 (seven) days after the publication of the list of participants, or to the examination result within 7 (seven) days after the announcement of the examination results. The objections shall be examined within 5 (five) days and the results of the objections shall be notified to the candidate in writing.

Those who are found to have made a false statement in the exam application form will not be appointed and the exam results will be deemed invalid. They will be canceled even if they have been assigned. Those in this situation cannot claim any rights. In addition, criminal complaints will be filed against those who are found to have made false statements or to issue documents.

The necessary information regarding the entrance exam will be provided on the website of the General Directorate (www.goc.gov.tr).

DOCUMENTS TO BE REQUIRED BEFORE X-APPOINTMENT

The following documents are required from the candidates who have passed the assistant entrance exam:

a) Written declaration of military status of male candidates.

b) Four passport photos.

c) Written statement of criminal record.

ç) Written that there is no mental illness that may prevent you from performing your duty continuously
