Iraq buys trains from Turkey

Iraq’s Ministry of Transportation has completed procedures to purchase six modern trains from Turkey.
The new trains, worth USD 9 Million (EUR 6.8 Million), are part of the General Company for Railways plan to revamp railways system across the country.
The trains will be put into service this May and will replace obsolete rolling stock.
